Qualification & Experiences

Educational Qualification:

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial (Mechanical) from HEC recognized university
• At least 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience in feed mill management

Professional Experience:

• Minimum 30 years of professional experience in aquaculture feed production or related operations
• Extensive experience in fish feed formulation, production, and quality assurance
• Knowledge of nutritional requirements for different fish species and feed formulation standards

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all feed mill operations and production
• Supervise feed formulation and quality control processes
• Maintain production schedules and optimize feed mill efficiency
• Manage raw material procurement and inventory
• Ensure compliance with feed quality standards and nutritional specifications
• Monitor equipment maintenance and operation
• Supervise feed mill staff and technical teams
• Implement quality assurance protocols
• Coordinate with fisheries research for nutritional optimization
• Prepare production reports and documentation
