2. Junior Scale Stenographer (BPS-14)

• (ii) A speed of Fifty (50) words per minute in shorthand in English and Thirty-Five (35) words per minute in typing in English; and

3. Junior Clerk (BPS-11)

• (ii) A speed of 30 words per minute in typing and knowledge of computer in MS Office.

4. Graphics Designer (BPS-10)

• Minimum Education Qualification/ Eligibility criteria: (i) At least Second Division Intermediate School Certificate from a recognized Board; and
• (ii) Two (02) years diploma in the relevant field from a recognized institute having experience in visual and designing software.

5. Imam / Khateeb (BPS-09)

• Age Limit: 25–30 years
• Minimum Education Qualification/ Eligibility criteria: A Sanad in Shahadat-Ul-Almia form Wafaq-Ul-Madaris.
• Note: Preference shall be given to:
• (a) Proficiency in Qirat
• (b) Hafiz-e-Quran; and
• (c) Capability of delivering Khutbas/ Sermon

6. Field Assistant (BPS-09) — [District Wise Quota]

• Age Limit: 19–32 years
• Minimum Education Qualification/ Eligibility criteria: At least Second Class Secondary School Certificate with science or equivalent qualification from a recognized board; and
• (i) Three years Diploma of Agriculture Sciences (DAS) from a recognized institute; or
• (ii) Certificate of passing two years training course from Agriculture Services Academy, alongwith six (06) months condense course passing certificate to be arranged by the Department.
• Quota (Both Male & Female): Abbottabad: 1, Battagram: 2, Charsadda: 1, Chitral Lower: 1, DI Khan: 4, Haripur: 2, Kohistan: 1, Kohat: 1, Karak: 1, Mansehra: 2, Malakand: 1, Mardan: 1, Nowshera: 1, Peshawar: 1, Swabi: 1, Swat Lower: 2, Shangla: 2.

7. Field Assistant (BPS-09) — [Check Post Wise Quota]

• No. of Posts: 36
• Age Limit: 19–32 years
• Minimum Education Qualification/ Eligibility criteria: At least Second Class Secondary School Certificate with science or equivalent qualification from a recognized board; and
• (i) Three years Diploma of Agriculture Sciences (DAS) from a recognized institute; or
• (ii) Certificate of passing two years training course from Agriculture Services Academy, alongwith six (06) months condense course passing certificate to be arranged by the Department.
• Quota (Check post wise): Peshawar: 3, Malakand: 3, Kohat: 6, Nowshera: 3, Khyber: 3, Lakki Marwat: 3, DI Khan: 9, South Waziristan Lower: 6.

Terms & Conditions

1. Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on the credentials provided. However detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the Selection Board/Selection Committee of Director General Agriculture Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. If any candidate is found ineligible in any respect at any stage of the recruitment and Selection process, he/she shall be disqualified.
2. All the candidates will be required to create profile on ETEA's website. After creating the profile and before applying/depositing fee for any post, such candidates will have to print E-Sahulat token from ETEA's website and get their CNIC No. verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk). Without such verification, they will not be able to apply for any post.
3. Candidates qualifying the ETEA test shall subsequently be screened for relevance in terms of the eligibility criteria.
4. Interview calls letter will be issued to short listed candidates only.
5. Candidates should be eligible in all respects before or by the last date of receipt of the applications.
6. Applications received after due dates will not be entertained. Incomplete applications or application submitted with fake documents/information shall be rejected at any stage of the recruitment process.
7. Relevant experience with the Government/Semi-Government will be considered.
8. Relaxation of age will be admissible as per existing Govt. Rules.
9. The candidates working in Government/Semi-Government bodies should apply through proper channel. Candidates intending to apply for more than one post shall apply separately for each post with separate fee.
10. Competent Authority reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of vacancies while mentioning a cogent reason thereof.
11. No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
12. In case of foreign degree, equivalent certificates from HEC must be provided.
13. At S.No.6, course/ waiting for result are eligible (only for female candidates).
14. Candidates recruited against the positions given at S.No.7, shall perform their duty only at the specified joint check posts in the province and they cannot be posted in any other office of the Agriculture Extension Department.
15. In case no suitable candidates are available against the above mentioned quotas; the posts will be filled from the list of eligible shortlisted candidates/ open merit, the relevant quotas will be carried forward (as and when become vacant).
16. Errors/Omissions in number of posts are subject to rectification.

How to Apply

1. Interested candidates may first visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply for the posts online.
2. After successful submission of online application, a prescribed online deposit slip (having token number, Project code & candidates' personal information) will be generated.
3. Take a printout of the generated deposit slip & deposit the prescribed test fee (nonrefundable) through Easypaisa app or Agent or at any branch of UBL Bank.
4. After successful fee submission, please keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) having bank desired stamp with yourself and do not share it with anyone else.
5. After online apply, don't send documents/testimonials to ETEA office, copies of testimonials/documents will however, be provided by the candidates who qualify the screening test, as and when required by the Appointing Authority for scrutiny purposes.
6. Availability of online Application Form on www.etea.edu.pk on 12th June, 2026.
7. Last date for submission of online Application is on 30th June, 2026.
8. Candidates will be informed through SMS by ETEA to download and Print their Roll No. Slips from www.etea.edu.pk. Candidates are directed to not give ported/converted mobile number.
9. Test Date, Time & Venue will be mentioned on Roll No. Slip.
10. No separate Call Letter will be issued to candidates for screening test through postal/courier means.

Post Test Instructions for Qualified Candidates

• This section is only for those shortlisted candidates who qualify ETEA Screening Test.
• Duly submit the attested copies of all the documents/ testimonials, experience certificates, updated CV/resume, copy of CNIC, 02 Passport size photographs and all other supporting documents to be sent to Directorate General Agriculture Extension, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Agriculture Service Academy (ASA) Campus, Opposite Islamia College Jamrud Road Peshawar within fifteen (15) days after the result declaration by ETEA for scrutiny and further process. Late or incomplete applications will not be considered.
• The mention documents to be sent by registered courier company. Those received after due date and incomplete information & lack of testimonials will not be considered at all.
• Clearly mark the position applied for in the Subject line/Envelope and shall send separate application completed in all respect/envelope for each post.
• Unclaimed qualification and experience will not be accepted/counted. Claimed Qualification and experience without supporting documents/ documented proofs will also not be accepted/counted.
• Only Eligible/Shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. Shortlisting shall be carried out on the basis of selection criteria.
• Candidates mentioning wrong information including domicile or Zone or Age or qualification or experience while submitting application and documents will be declared as "Concealment of fact" and will be strictly dropped out at any stage of the recruitment process and selection process.

Expert Tips for Applicants

• Field Assistant diploma options: You can qualify with either a 3-year Diploma in Agriculture Sciences (DAS) from a recognized institute OR a 2-year Agriculture Services Academy training course + 6-month condensed course. Know which qualification path applies to you.
• Document submission after test qualification: Only shortlisted candidates submit documents to ASA Campus within 15 days of result declaration. Ensure all documents are attested and include: CNIC copy, educational certificates, experience letters, CV/resume, and 2 passport photos. Incomplete submissions are rejected.
• Domicile concealment = automatic disqualification: Providing wrong domicile, zone, age, or qualification information is classified as 'concealment of fact' and results in immediate rejection at any stage. Be 100% accurate in your application.
• No TA/DA for test/interview: Test and interview travel costs are yours to bear. If you're from a far district (DI Khan, Waziristan, etc.), budget accordingly. There are no travel allowances from the government.
