Expert Advice

  1. When submitting your profile on the Sindh Job Portal (sjp.gos.pk) for these monitoring directorate positions, the ultimate filter is your STS certificate data entry. Because the vacancy rules rigidly mandate a passing score of 40% or above specifically in the STS Graduation Category, uploading an intermediate category card or a lower score will prompt immediate automated rejection by the portal's screening algorithms.
  2. For the Junior Scale Stenographer slot, make sure your technical certification explicitly mentions approval from the Sindh Board of Technical Education (SBTE), as private un-affiliated institute certificates fail the manual departmental scrutiny stage. Double-check that your scanned domicile documents are fully legible before hitting final submission, since geographic verification is strictly validated prior to scheduling interviews.
