Job Details

• Monthly Salary: PKR 200,000

Qualification & Experiences

Educational Qualification:

• Minimum 15 years of education from HEC recognized institution
• At least 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience in documentation, record management, or administrative roles

Professional Experience:

• 3 or more years of relevant professional experience in documentation, data management, or administrative support
• Experience in managing government or institutional records
• Knowledge of document management systems and archival practices

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all project and operational documentation
• Maintain organized record systems and filing procedures
• Prepare and manage technical and administrative reports
• Coordinate data collection and documentation for aquaculture projects
• Ensure proper archival and retrieval of documents
• Support project monitoring and evaluation activities
• Maintain databases and documentation systems
• Assist in preparation of project proposals and reports
• Ensure compliance with documentation standards and regulations
• Provide administrative support to project teams
