We are seeking an Executive Search Researcher to support the delivery of high-quality executive search assignments through in-depth market research, talent mapping, and candidate identification. This role is critical in building strong talent pipelines, providing strategic insights, and enabling our consultants to engage top-tier candidates across various industries. You will play a key role in ensuring efficient execution of search mandates while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and professionalism in a consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

• • Conduct detailed market research and industry mapping to identify potential candidates for executive-level roles
• • Support end-to-end search execution by sourcing and shortlisting high-calibre talent across various industries
• • Develop and maintain talent pipelines and databases for ongoing and future search assignments
• • Assist in candidate outreach, initial screening, and coordination of interviews
• • Prepare candidate reports, market insights, and benchmarking data for clients and internal teams
• • Collaborate closely with consultants to understand client requirements and search strategies
• • Track market trends, competitor movements, and talent availability within key sectors
• • Ensure accurate documentation and timely updates within internal systems and project trackers

Requirements

• ✓ Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or a related field
• ✓ 2-5 years of experience in recruitment research, talent sourcing, or executive search support
• ✓ Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail
• ✓ Familiarity with sourcing tools, LinkedIn, and market intelligence platforms
• ✓ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• ✓ Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
