We are looking for a highly motivated Front Sales Closer (Design) to join our growing team in Karachi.

Job Details

  • Company: Experts Communication
  • Location: North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi (Onsite)
  • Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Off)
  • Compensation: Market Competitive Salary + Performance-based increments (evaluated every 4 months) + Target Perks

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Conversion: Identify and engage potential international clients for design services, converting warm/cold leads into long-term accounts.
  • Deal Closing: Conduct outbound sales calls, handle complex negotiations, and effectively pitch the company's value proposition to close deals.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets ranging from $5,000 to $15,000.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal marketing and design teams to deliver tailored design solutions to clients.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience specifically in design sales or a closely related BPO sales domain.
  • Skills: Exceptional closing, consultative selling, and objection-handling skills.
  • Communication: Fluent, persuasive English communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Flexibility: Absolute willingness and ability to work the permanent night shift.
  • Drive: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, with a track record of handling high-value sales transactions.
