Terms & Conditions (TORs)

1. ETEA Profile Verification: All candidates must create a profile on the ETEA website. Before submitting an online application/fee, they must print an E-Sahulat token from the ETEA website and verify their CNIC at any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (kiosk). Applications cannot be submitted without this verification.
2. All appointments will be made on a regular basis in accordance with the rules of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
3. All eligible candidates will be allowed to sit for the initial screening test. If a candidate is found ineligible at any stage during the scrutiny process by the competent authority, their candidacy will be cancelled.
4. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview.
5. Shortlisting will be conducted strictly according to the current rules and regulations of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
6. Interview details will be communicated via SMS. Candidates must not turn off or change their registered mobile numbers until the entire recruitment process is complete.
7. Eligibility regarding age and educational qualifications will be calculated as of the last date of application submission.
8. Incomplete applications or those received after the closing date will not be entertained.
9. General upper age relaxation will be given as per existing government policies.
10. Government or semi-government employees must apply through the proper channel. Experience certificates issued only by the head of a government/semi-government department or project (countersigned by the competent authority) will be accepted. Private experience will not be considered.
11. The competent authority reserves the right to increase, decrease, or cancel the advertised vacancies.
12. No TA/DA will be provided to candidates appearing for the test or interview.
13. In the case of a foreign degree, an equivalent certificate issued by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) must be provided.
14. Female candidates are fully eligible to apply against the open merit quotas as per the structural breakdown.
15. For Serial No. 4 (Auto CAD Operator), only candidates with a domicile from Peshawar District are eligible to apply.
16. Candidates applying for more than one position must submit a separate application and fee for each post.

How to Apply

1. Interested candidates must first visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply online.
2. After successful submission of the online application, a specific customized Deposit Slip (containing a Token Number, Project Code, and candidate's personal information) will be generated.
3. Print the Deposit Slip and pay the prescribed test fee (non-refundable / non-transferable) via Easy Paisa App / Agent or any UBL Bank branch.
4. After depositing the fee, keep the original bank-stamped Deposit Slip (Candidate Copy) safely in your own possession; do not share it with anyone else.
5. Candidates are not required to send educational or physical documents to the ETEA office after applying online. However, documents will be collected from successful candidates at the time of scrutiny/verification.
6. The online application form will be available on the website from 15/06/2026.
7. The last date for submission of the online application is 30/06/2026.
8. Candidates will be informed via SMS by ETEA to download and print their Roll Number Slips from www.etea.edu.pk. Candidates are strictly instructed not to provide a converted mobile network number (MNP).
9. The test date, time, and venue will be explicitly printed on the Roll Number Slip.
10. No separate call letters or notifications for the screening test will be issued via courier or postal mail.
