Potential Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations and serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally using the PABX telephone system
- Manage visitor registration, issuance of visitor passes, and maintain accurate visitor logs
- Coordinate meeting room bookings, appointments, and scheduling records for management
- Manage correspondence, data entry, filing systems, and document management
- Operate MS Office tools to prepare letters, memos, reports, and spreadsheets
- Input and maintain accurate data in ERP systems and internal databases
- Support HR and administration teams with attendance records, employee registers, and office logistics
- Maintain front desk supplies and ensure a professional reception area at all times
Eligibility Criteria
Education
- Minimum Graduate degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a front desk, reception, or administrative role
- Familiarity with PABX telephone systems required
- Preference will be given to candidates with ERP data entry skills
General Eligibility
- Maximum age limit: 45 years as on closing date
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required (English and Urdu)
