Qualification & Experience
- The candidate should possess a Master's degree or higher from a recognized and reputable university, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, Public Administration, or a related discipline, with at least 15 years of progressive professional experience, including a minimum of five (05) years in a senior executive or leadership role within large and complex organizations in the public, private, multinational, development, or higher education sectors.
- The candidate must have a strong record of organizational leadership, including capabilities in people strategy, talent management, organizational development, workforce planning, culture transformation, leadership development, performance management, employee engagement, and change management.
- Experience in establishing, leading, transforming, or scaling HR functions and organizational systems within large and complex institutions, particularly those undergoing growth, transformation, digitalization, restructuring, or institutional development, will be considered a distinct advantage.
- The candidate should possess deep knowledge of modern human capital practices, governance frameworks, labor laws, organizational effectiveness, succession planning, compensation and rewards, HR technology, and workforce analytics, along with proven ability to advise senior leadership, build high-performing teams, and drive sustainable organizational performance and culture.
