The selection panel will assess your knowledge, experience, and ability to represent Pakistan's agricultural interests at the international level. The guide below covers the key areas to focus on for your interview.
The panel will closely assess your experience representing government positions in international forums such as WTO, FAO, IFAD, or other multilateral platforms. Be ready to discuss specific examples where you represented a government or institutional position, negotiated on agricultural trade or policy matters, or engaged with international donors and development agencies.
Prepare two to three concrete examples from your career where you played a direct role in international agricultural negotiations or coordination. Mention the platform, your specific role, the outcome, and any agreements or frameworks that resulted from your engagement.
Your knowledge of global agricultural frameworks including multilateral agreements, international food security conventions, and donor agency requirements will be assessed.
