Interwood Mobel is hiring a Senior Manager Sites based in Lahore, Punjab. This is a full-time, on-site role within the Sites Operations department. The role requires extensive nationwide travel. The Senior Manager Sites will oversee retail and corporate site operations, furniture installations, and project execution activities across Pakistan, manage contractors and regional site teams, coordinate across internal functions, maintain quality and compliance standards, and handle client escalations and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Nationwide Site and Project Management

  • Oversee retail and corporate site operations, furniture installations, and project execution activities nationwide
  • Ensure timely project completion aligned with timelines, quality standards, and customer requirements
  • Monitor site progress, execution quality, and performance through regular reviews and audits
  • Coordinate between Sales, Design, Production, Warehouse, SCM, and Operations teams
  • Develop execution plans, installation schedules, and manpower allocation strategies
  • Standardize site execution practices nationwide

Installation and Quality Control

  • Manage contractors, installers, supervisors, and regional site teams
  • Monitor workmanship, fixing standards, and finishing quality
  • Proactively identify and resolve operational and technical issues
  • Address complaints, snagging, and post-installation concerns
  • Ensure proper installation and execution quality across all project sites

Contractor and Resource Management

  • Lead and manage contractor and site team productivity and compliance
  • Monitor contractor performance, billing, task completion, and work quality
  • Plan and optimize manpower utilization across projects
  • Enforce company policies, safety standards, and operational timelines

Material and Operational Coordination

  • Coordinate with SCM, Warehouse, and Procurement teams for material availability
  • Monitor material movement, site consumption, and reconciliation
  • Handle pending deliveries, replacements, and complaint-related requirements

Customer and Stakeholder Management

  • Maintain high customer experience standards throughout project execution
  • Coordinate with clients regarding timelines, installations, and escalations
  • Align with internal stakeholders and regional management teams
  • Handle critical escalations and resolution management

Reporting and Compliance

  • Maintain project execution reports, complaint logs, and performance dashboards
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and safety protocols
  • Present operational updates and performance insights to senior management
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 to 12 years of relevant experience in sites management, project execution, or installation operations
  • Strong leadership and contractor management capabilities
  • Excellent problem-solving and operational planning skills
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management abilities
  • Willingness to travel extensively across regions nationwide
  • Background in furniture installation projects, interior execution, retail fit-outs, and turnkey projects preferred
