Key Responsibilities
As an Account Manager, your day-to-day operations will involve:
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary, client-facing point of contact for all digital and social media initiatives. Ensure crystal-clear communication and smooth coordination across periodic, always-on, and ad-hoc campaigns.
- Campaign Coordination: Partner closely with internal specialized teams—including graphic design, 2D/3D animation, media buying, public relations (PR), influencer marketing (IM), and content creation—to deliver seamless campaigns.
- Content & Community Oversight: Publish and schedule organic content (posts, stories, reels, videos) across critical platforms like Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and X (Twitter). Oversee community moderation and brand engagement.
- Strategy & Presentations: Develop comprehensive always-on social media calendars and present innovative campaign ideas, creative concepts, and project pitches directly to clients.
- Event & Activation Leadership: Monitor and lead all agency deliverables during live client events, including video shoots, special day productions, and real-time activations.
- Reporting & Analytics: Gather campaign performance metrics to prepare thorough client reports, documentation, and performance decks highlighting key growth metrics.
Required Qualifications & Skills
To excel in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience in social media management, account coordination, or digital agency environments is highly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with a knack for professional client handling.
- Platform Knowledge: A deep, native understanding of social media platform algorithms, analytics tools, and audience engagement best practices.
- Tools: High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel) and collaborative project management tools.
- Soft Skills: Strong time-management abilities, creative problem-solving skills, and a collaborative team mindset.
