103 Ordnance Unit Quetta Cantt is seeking applications for the post of Lower Division Clerk (LDC) at BPS-11. This is a regional quota position based in Quetta Cantt. The selected candidate will be required to pass a 3-week basic IT training course including MS Office from ITB upon selection. The role involves clerical duties, record management, and administrative support within the ordnance unit.

Key Responsibilities

• • Perform general clerical and administrative duties
• • Maintain official records and documentation
• • Type correspondence and official documents at 30 WPM
• • Assist in office administration and coordination
• • Handle filing and record-keeping tasks
• • Support senior staff with administrative tasks

Requirements

• ✓ Matric qualification from a recognized institution
• ✓ Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute
• ✓ Must pass 3-week basic IT training including MS Office from ITB upon selection
• ✓ Age limit: 33 years for Balochistan/Sindh (Rural), 30 years for other provinces, 45 years for retired military
• ✓ Regional quota candidate
• ✓ Must pass departmental examination
