Qualification & Experience

• Qualification: MS/M.Sc/M.Phil degree (awarded after 18-Years of education) or Master degree from a foreign University in the relevant field with an HEC recognized University/Institution with no 3rd division in the academic career.
• Experience: No experience is required.
• Age limit: Upto 35-years subject to relaxation prescribed by Authority.

Terms & Conditions

1. For posts mentioned at Sl. No. 5 to 9, candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on the credentials provided. However detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the University and if any candidate is found ineligible in any respect at any stage of the recruitment process, he/she will be disqualified.
2. The candidates applying for post at Sl. No. 5 to 9 will be required to create profile on ETEA's website. After creating the profile and before applying/depositing fee for any post, candidates should print E-Sahulat token from ETEA's website and get their CNIC verified from any NADRA-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk). Without such verification, they will not be able to apply.
3. Candidates qualifying the ETEA test will subsequently be screened for relevance in terms of the eligibility criteria by the University.
4. Interview call letters will be issued to short listed candidates only.
5. Only those qualification, experience & publication(s) etc will be considered, if documentary proof is attached upto the last date of advertisement.
6. In case of foreign degree, equivalent certificate from HEC must be provided.
7. The candidates working in Government/Semi-Government bodies should apply through proper Channel. Candidates intending to apply for more than one post shall apply separately for each post.
8. Relaxation of age will be admissible as per existing Govt. Rules.
9. The University reserves the right to decrease the number of vacancies.
10. Applications received after due dates will not be entertained. Incomplete applications or application submitted with fake documents/information shall be rejected at any stage of the recruitment process.
11. No TA/DA will be admissible for Test/Interview.
12. The University reserves the right to cancel or not to fill any of the advertised post(s). Errors, if any, are liable to rectification by the University.

How to Apply

1. For the posts at Serial No. 1 to 4, candidates are required to download the application form available on the University official Website i.e. www.uetpeshawar.edu.pk (Job_Application_Form_for_BPS17above.pdf), and to submit their application forms to Selection Board Section, UET Peshawar on or before 16-07-2026 along with attested copies of educational testimonials (i.e Degrees/Certificates, Transcript/DMCs) & experience certificates, copy of CNIC, one recent photograph, registration card of PEC/PCATP/NCEAC (where required) and original fee deposit receipt of Rs.1500/- (non-refundable), to be deposited in United Bank Ltd online Account No.205505522 (branch code 1486-University Campus Branch).
2. For posts at Serial No. 5 to 9, candidates are required to follow the below instructions to apply online.

   i. Interested candidates may first visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply for the posts online.

   ii. After successful submission of online application, a prescribed online deposit slip (having token number, Project code & candidates' personal information) will be generated.

   iii. Take a printout of the generated deposit slip & deposit the prescribed fee (non-refundable) through Easypaisa or Agent or at any branch of UBL bank.

   iv. After successful fee submission, please keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) having bank desired stamp with yourself and do not share it with anyone else.

   v. After online apply, don't send documents/testimonials to ETEA office, copies of testimonials/document will however, be provided by the candidates who qualify the screening test, as and when required by the University for scrutiny purposes.

   vi. Availability of online Application form on www.etea.edu.pk on 1st July, 2026.

   vii. Last date for submission of online Application form on www.etea.edu.pk is 16th July, 2026.

   viii. Candidates will be informed through SMS by ETEA to download and Print their Roll No. Slips from www.etea.edu.pk.

   ix. Test Date, Time & Venue will be mentioned on Roll No. Slip.

   x. No separate Call Letter is required to be issued to candidates for screening test through postal/courier means.

Procedure for Qualified Candidates After ETEA Test

1. After receiving result from ETEA, those candidates who qualify the test will be required within 15 days of declaration of the test result by ETEA to download and submit the application form(s) available on the University official Website (Job_Application_Form_for_BPS17above.pdf) to Selection Board Section, UET Peshawar along with attested copies of educational testimonials, experience certificates, copy of CNIC, one recent photograph, registration card of PEC/PCATP/NCEAC (where required) and original fee deposit receipt of Rs.1500/- (non-refundable), to be deposited in United Bank Ltd online Account No.205505522 (branch code 1486-University Campus Branch).
2. All information and documents shall be submitted within 15 days period after intimation of result and must include information upto the closing date for online application for ETEA test (i.e. 16th July, 2026). No additional claim, record or document after the deadline shall be entertained at any subsequent stage.
3. Eligibility shall be reckoned in all respects by the last date of receipt of application for ETEA test (i.e., 16th July, 2026).

This position is on contract basis at fixed pay and shall not confer any right to regularization in University service.
