Punjab Cattle Market Management and Development Company (PCMMDC) is a public sector company of the Government of Punjab, incorporated under Section 42 of The Companies Act 2017. PCMMDC invites applications from reputed law firms for the provision of legal consultancy/advisory services. The engaged law firm must demonstrate strong expertise in corporate law, particularly in relation to public sector companies and the litigation of public auctions. The firm must nominate a Senior Partner / Lead Counsel with LLB/LLB (Hons)/LLM qualification who must be an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Pakistan. Proven experience in handling cases at the Lahore High Court and Supreme Court of Pakistan is mandatory. Services will be provided for cases pertaining to Lahore High Court and Supreme Court of Pakistan only, including the Terms of Reference of the engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal consultancy and advisory services to PCMMDC on corporate matters
• Handle litigation and cases at the Lahore High Court and Supreme Court of Pakistan
• Advise on matters relating to public sector company regulations and compliance
• Provide expertise in litigation of public auctions and related legal matters
• Represent PCMMDC in legal proceedings before Lahore High Court and Supreme Court
• Provide strategic legal advice on corporate law matters specific to PCMMDC operations
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in all advisory services

Requirements

✓ Reputed law firm with strong corporate law expertise
✓ Deep expertise in corporate law, particularly for public sector companies
✓ Proven experience in litigation of public auctions
✓ Senior Partner / Lead Counsel must be Advocate of Supreme Court of Pakistan
✓ Senior Partner / Lead Counsel must hold LLB / LLB (Hons) / LLM degree
✓ Mandatory experience handling cases at Lahore High Court
✓ Mandatory experience handling cases at Supreme Court of Pakistan
✓ Valid Punjab Bar Council licenses for all advocates/partners involved
