- All candidates who are residents of the specified tehsils within the boundaries of the Lower Swat Forest Division will be eligible to appear for the ETEA screening test.
- It will be mandatory for all candidates to create their profile on the ETEA website. After creating the profile and applying for any post, candidates will print out the login token from the ETEA website and verify their identity/CNIC card number at any NADRA E-Sahulat Franchise (Kiosk). Without this verification, applying for any post will not be possible.
- All appointments will be made on a regular basis in accordance with the prevailing laws of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
- All candidates will be allowed to appear in the screening test conditionally. The competent authority will verify the credentials during data scrutiny, and if any candidate is found ineligible at any stage for any reason, they will be disqualified from the recruitment process immediately.
- Only short-listed candidates will be called for the interview.
- The shortlisting of candidates will be done according to the prevailing laws of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
- Information regarding the interview will be communicated via SMS. Therefore, all candidates must keep their mobile phone numbers active and avoid changing their network provider until the completion of the recruitment process; otherwise, the responsibility will lie on the candidates.
- Applications received after the last date for the receipt of applications will not be accommodated.
- Incomplete applications and those received after the fixed date will not be acceptable.
- Relaxation in the upper age limit will be granted according to existing government rules.
- Candidates working in government or semi-government organizations must apply through the proper channel. Only experience certificates issued by government, semi-government, and government project departments that are counter-signed by the head of the respective organization will be acceptable. Experience from private organizations will not be considered valid.
- The competent authority reserves the right to reject any application or alter/change the advertised number of vacancies.
- No traveling or daily allowance (TA/DA) will be given to candidates coming for the test or interview.
- In case of holding a foreign educational degree, the candidate must provide an equivalent education certificate issued by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
- In case of non-availability of minority candidates within the mentioned tehsils, minority vacancies will be filled from minority candidates belonging to the attached districts of the Malakand Division.
- For applying to every individual vacancy, a separate application must be submitted.
How to Apply
- Interested candidates should first visit www.etea.edu.pk and submit their applications online.
- After successful submission of the online application, a specific Bank Deposit Slip (containing a unique token number, project code, and candidate's personal information) will be issued.
- Candidates must deposit the prescribed test fee (non-refundable) using the printed deposit slip via any branch of UBL Bank or through the EasyPaisa App.
- After depositing the fee, candidates must keep the original stamped bank deposit slip (candidate copy) safe in their own custody and must not share it with anyone else.
- After applying online, candidates do not need to send physical copies of their documents or transcripts to the ETEA office. However, documents will be demanded at the time of need from candidates who clear the screening test.
- The online application form will be available on www.etea.edu.pk from 10/06/2026.
- The last date for the online submission of applications is 30/06/2026.
- Candidates will be informed by ETEA via SMS to download and print their Roll Number Slips from www.etea.edu.pk. Candidates are instructed not to provide mobile numbers that are converted to another network.
- The test date, time, and test center venue will be printed on the roll number slip.
- No separate call letter or admit card will be sent via post or courier service for the screening test.
