Program Management Unit seeks an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee procurement and contract management for the Punjab Development Program. This role is critical for ensuring transparent, competitive procurement and effective management of contractor relationships for sewerage and drainage infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- • Manage procurement and tender processes
- • Oversee contractor selection and evaluation
- • Handle contract negotiations and administration
- • Monitor contractor performance
- • Ensure compliance with procurement regulations
- • Manage contract documentation
- • Coordinate with project teams on contractor issues
Requirements
- ✓ 16 years education or higher degree in Civil Engineering/Business/Management from HEC recognized institute
- ✓ Minimum 7 years post-qualification experience in relevant sector
- ✓ Knowledge of procurement regulations and procedures
- ✓ Experience with government contracting preferred
- ✓ Maximum age limit: 65 years
