Job Purpose
To lead internal and external communications, brand positioning, and ESG integration to ensure consistent, credible, and impactful messaging aligned with organizational strategy. To manage official social media and digital platforms through development of engaging content, and optimizing presence to strengthen brand visibility, ensure timely dissemination of information, and generate meaningful engagement with stakeholders across digital platforms.

Job Role and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated Marketing and Communication Strategies (internal, external, media, and stakeholder engagement).
- Lead corporate advertising campaigns, manage media relations, press releases, and crisis communications.
- Support leadership positioning, speeches, and strategic narratives.
- Coordinate with marketing, digital, and business units for unified campaigns.
- Oversee ESG communications, reporting alignment, and stakeholder visibility.
- Ensure message consistency across all corporate touch points.
Qualification and Experience
- Minimum 16 years education having completed at least a Bachelors Degree in Advertising, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Media Sciences, or Business Administration from a reputable University recognized by HEC with minimum 05 years post qualification experience in the relevant field.
- Strong writing skills, narrative building, stakeholder management, communication skills and strategic.
- Experience handling media, crisis communications, and corporate reputation.
