Manager / Director Legal - PPP Node

Karachi Water & Sewerage Corporation invites applications for Manager / Director Legal – PPP Node under the Strategy Division. By managing corporate law requirements, vetting all RFQs and RFPs, and handling legislative liaisons, this role will protect organization's legal interests and mitigate risk throughout the drafting and negotiation of complex commercial and PPP contracts.

Requirements

• ✓ LLB or above qualification
• ✓ Minimum 8 years of corporate work experience, e.g., drafting, vetting, or negotiating commercial contracts, or dealing with banking & finance transactions, or handling transactions involving joint ventures, projects, capital market, mergers or acquisitions, at a corporate & commercial law firm or in a corporate environment as an in-house legal counsel
• ✓ Legal experience of drafting, vetting, or negotiating contracts in relation to banking and finance transactions, projects, or PPP projects (preferred)
• ✓ Age limit: Maximum 45 years
