Karachi Water & Sewerage Corporation invites applications for Manager / Director Performance Management. This position ensures improved revenue performance and long-term financial sustainability and leads the enterprise-wide performance monitoring and evaluation function, enabling data-driven decision-making and institutional accountability.

Requirements
- ✓ Professional qualification in Accounting/Finance from a recognized body, or Master's degree in relevant discipline such as Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or equivalent from a recognized institution
- ✓ Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in performance management, commercial analytics, or revenue operations
- ✓ Utility sector experience (preferred)
- ✓ Age limit: Maximum 45 years
