Karachi Water & Sewerage Corporation seeks a Manager / Director Procurement/Contract Management - PPP Node under the Strategy Division. This position oversees all competitive bidding to guarantee strict compliance with SPPRA Rules 2010, establishing a transparent, regulatory-compliant environment that builds investor confidence and streamlines the contracting phase.

Requirements
- ✓ Bachelor's degree in Public Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Contract Management, Law, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or other relevant discipline from recognized university
- ✓ Professional certifications in procurement, contract management, or PPP/procurement frameworks (considered)
- ✓ Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Public Procurement under a regulatory environment
- ✓ Compliance with SPPRA Rules 2010
- ✓ Age limit: Maximum 45 years
