Karachi Water & Sewerage Corporation invites applications for Manager / Director Recovery & Receivables position. KW&SC, one of the biggest utility entities in Asia, is undergoing a transformational phase. This role is responsible for maximizing revenue realization, reducing receivables backlog, strengthening enforcement mechanisms, and improving payment discipline across all consumer segments through recovery planning, operational collection management, enforcement oversight, and outsourced recovery governance.

Requirements
- ✓ Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Public Policy, or a related discipline from HEC-recognized institution
- ✓ Professional qualification from a recognized relevant professional body
- ✓ Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in revenue recovery, receivables management, billing operations, or commercial functions
- ✓ Proven experience in loading large-scale recovery portfolios and enforcement operations
- ✓ Experience in utilities, public sector entities, infrastructure services, or regulated environments (preferred)
- ✓ Age limit: Maximum 45 years
