A reputable organization engaged in training, skill development services, and manufacturing of Dies & Moulds is looking for an experienced Manager Training to lead its TVET-linked industrial training function at its Korangi Creek Industrial Park facility in Karachi. The role is suited to a seasoned training professional with deep connections in Pakistan's TVET sector — including NAVTTC, GIZ, SBTE — and hands-on knowledge of CAD/CAM tools and dies & moulds manufacturing.

Potential Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and implement technical training programs aligned with TVET sector standards and industry competency frameworks
  • Build and maintain strong institutional relationships with NAVTTC, GIZ, SBTE, and other TVET bodies to ensure accreditation and collaboration
  • Oversee curriculum development incorporating CAD/CAM, Dies & Moulds manufacturing processes, and industrial trade skills
  • Supervise training instructors, manage training schedules, and ensure high-quality delivery of all programs
  • Conduct training needs assessments (TNA) and develop competency-based training frameworks for manufacturing roles
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, learner outcomes, and program impact
  • Develop and present training proposals, performance reports, and executive presentations to senior management
  • Ensure academic management compliance with TVET institute standards and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate with production, QA, and HR teams to align training programs with operational skill requirements
  • Manage training budgets, resources, and logistics effectively

Eligibility Criteria

Education

  • B.E in Mechanical / Industrial Manufacturing / Automotive Engineering or equivalent qualification

Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in training or industrial manufacturing
  • Minimum 5 years of experience specifically at Deputy Manager level in a training or TVET institute management role
  • Strong connections with TVET Sector including NAVTTC, GIZ, SBTE, etc.
  • CAD/CAM skills and experience in academic management within TVET institutions preferred
  • Knowledge of Dies and Moulds manufacturing processes preferred

General Eligibility

  • Maximum age limit: 45 years as on closing date
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • Strong command of MS Office and professional presentation software
