Serving thousands of patients daily and training the next generation of healthcare professionals, MTI-HMC has announced a Vacancies Announcement 2026 inviting applications for 7 diverse positions spanning IT leadership, civil engineering, quality assurance, facility management, database administration, network administration, and front-desk services. Vacant Positions & Eligibility Criteria

01. Director IT (Male / Female) — Fee: Rs. 2,000/-

  • Option A: M.Phil/MS in Computer Science / Software Engineering / IT from HEC recognized university with 08 years post-qualification experience in relevant field.
  • Option B: Master / Bachelor Degree (16 years) in Computer Science / Software Engineering / IT from HEC recognized university with 10 years post-qualification experience.
  • Preferences: Public Sector / MTI-Hospital experience, Project Management, ERP implementation, HMIS implementation, Cybersecurity, national/international certifications, KPPRA procurement track record.

02. Director Works (Male / Female) — Fee: Rs. 2,000/-

  • BSc Civil Engineering (PEC registered) from recognized university.
  • Minimum 12 years experience in civil works management, preferably in healthcare projects.
  • Experience in infrastructure planning, building projects, and maintenance supervision.
  • Knowledge of procurement rules and contract management preferred.

03. Director Quality Assurance (Male / Female) — Fee: Rs. 2,000/-

  • Qualification: Master / Bachelor Degree (16 years) in TQM / Social Sciences / Environmental Sciences / Public Health / Healthcare Management / Hospital Administration OR MBBS / BDS / Pharm-D / BSN / Post RN from HEC recognized university.
  • Experience: Minimum 05 years post-qualification experience in relevant field.
  • Preferences: Healthcare/public sector experience, sound decision-making and budget management, knowledge of healthcare KPIs, ISO Certification, Joint Commission Standards, quality improvement processes.

04. Manager Facilities (Male / Female) — Fee: Rs. 1,000/-

  • Qualification: Master or Bachelor (16 years) in Management / Environmental Sciences / BS Engineering or equivalent from HEC recognized university. Foreign certifications/trainings are assets.
  • Experience: Minimum 06 years managerial/administrative experience in service industries related to facility management.
  • Preference: Experience in healthcare sector or hospital preferred.

05. Database Administrator (Male / Female) — Fee: Rs. 1,000/-

  • MSc Computer Science / BCS (Hons) or 16 years equivalent qualification from recognized university.
  • At least 5 years practical experience in Oracle DBA, disaster recovery on Sun/Linux solutions.
  • Proven experience in managing high-transaction databases, data backup/recovery, and database security.
  • Experience in migrating legacy hospital data into modern HMIS preferred.
  • Preference to candidates with hands-on experience in health-based projects.

06. Network Administrator (Male / Female) — Fee: Rs. 1,000/-

  • Master or BS Degree in Computer Sciences from HEC recognized university/institution.
  • At least 03 years practical experience in network administration, server administration, Windows directory setup, Linux, manageable switch on fiber optic, wireless and firewall management from recognized sector.
  • Preference for hands-on experience managing fiber optic network of more than 500 nodes.

07. Receptionist (Male / Female) — Fee: Rs. 500/-

  • BS (Honors) degree in mass communication / English or relevant subjects from HEC recognized university/institution.
  • At least 01 year experience working as receptionist in reputable public/private sector organization / institution / hospital.

  • S.No 01–03 (Director IT, Director Works, Director QA): Rs. 2,000/- (Non-Refundable)
  • S.No 04–06 (Manager Facilities, Database Admin, Network Admin): Rs. 1,000/- (Non-Refundable)
  • S.No 07 (Receptionist): Rs. 500/- (Non-Refundable)

Terms & Conditions

  1. Application forms available at www.hmckp.gov.pk/downloads.php. Submit to HR Department MTI-HMC Peshawar with Bank Draft/Pay Order in favor of Hospital Director MTI-HMC.
  2. Complete bio-data with attested academic/experience/domicile certificates, 02 recent photographs, and CNIC photocopy must be submitted within 15 days of publication (by June 26, 2026).
  3. Applications must reach HR Department personally or via registered courier by June 26, 2026. Late arrivals are rejected even if Bank Draft was purchased on time.
  4. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview based on pre-interview marks.
  5. Services governed under KP Medical & Teaching Institutions Reform Act 2015.
  6. Civil servants must attach NOC from parent department. If selected, must resign within 90 days; failure results in termination ab-initio.
  7. Original documents must be produced at interview.
  8. Disqualification: conviction, dismissal from public service, false information, forged certificates, credential tampering, or interview misbehavior.
  9. No TA/DA for test/interview.
  10. Competent authority reserves right to cancel any position.

Expert Advice for Applicants

  1. Shortlisting is based on a pre-interview marks formula drawn entirely from documented qualifications and experience. Every professional tenure must be supported by a formal, employer-issued experience certificate. Undocumented experience earns zero marks regardless of actual work performed.

  6. Every document, including degrees, experience letters, domicile, and CNIC copy, must be individually attested by a gazetted officer. A single un-attested photocopy is grounds for rejection.
