Key Responsibilities & Operational Duties
Laundry & Production Management
- Directing day-to-day operations of the central laundry facility, including linen processing, guest dry-cleaning requests, and staff uniform cycles.
- Ensuring all garments, textiles, and resort linens are cleaned, finished, pressed, and delivered strictly within established quality and timing windows.
- Monitoring daily workflows, system productivity, and sorting procedures while conducting regular spot-checks to ensure high-quality garment handling.

Tailoring & Uniform Services

- Keeping detailed uniform inventory records, tracking fabric lifespans, and recommending replacement or purchasing plans to management.
Team Leadership & Schedule Planning
- Training, motivating, and managing Laundry Attendants and Tailors through daily coaching and clear operational support.
- Structuring team work schedules and allocating tasks according to varying resort occupancy demands and business priorities.
- Enforcing strict safety compliance, proper machine handling, and technical chemical-dilution protocols within the team.
Quality Control, Inventory & Compliance
- Partnering with the Engineering department to verify that laundry machinery and pressing infrastructure are kept in optimal operational condition.
- Managing departmental budgets, analyzing costs for supplies, chemicals, and uniforms, and conducting regular physical inventory counts.
- Maintaining complete compliance with standard hotel safety rules, fire safety regulations, and environmental hygiene protocols.
Required Qualifications & Professional Prerequisites
- Professional Experience: * A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience within hospitality laundry operations.
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience operating directly in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
