Eligibility Criteria
1. Education & Qualification
- Minimum Requirement: Graduation or equivalent from a local or international University / College / Institute recognized by the HEC of Pakistan.
- Preferred: Candidates possessing a Master's degree in business and/or professional certifications such as AIBP / JAIBP will be given preference.
2. Age Limit
- Maximum Age: 35 years (as on the last date of submission of application).
3. Experience
- Minimum Requirement: Minimum of 01 year of banking experience in Sales and/or Relationship Management.
Outline of Main Duties & Responsibilities
As a Relationship Manager – SME, your core responsibilities will include:
- Portfolio Growth: Identifying and acquiring new SME clients to grow the Bank's SME lending portfolio.
- Client Acquisition & Management: Developing and executing client acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals. Managing and enhancing existing client relationships to ensure portfolio retention and growth.
- Credit & Financial Analysis: Analyzing financial statements and business models of SME clients to assess creditworthiness. Structuring and recommending appropriate financing solutions tailored to client needs (including working capital, trade finance, and term loans).
- Proposal & Compliance: Preparing comprehensive credit proposals in compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines. Ensuring credit facilities are approved within the risk appetite of the Bank.
- Risk Management: Monitoring accounts for early warning signals and taking proactive measures to mitigate risks. Regularly reviewing the financial health and performance of clients.
- Service Excellence: Collaborating with internal stakeholders to provide seamless client service. Conducting periodic client visits and providing updates on portfolio performance.
- Target Achievement: Achieving financial and non-financial targets, including revenue, portfolio growth, and client satisfaction. Contributing to the Bank's overall strategy by meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Compliance: Maintaining strict compliance with the Bank's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Other Duties: Performing any other assignments assigned by the supervisor(s).
Other Knowledge & Competencies
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work effectively, and meet assigned targets.
- Basic understanding of banking products and services, with exposure to Commercial and SME Banking.
- Good geographical knowledge of the assigned area and surrounding business markets.
- Sound knowledge of SBP Prudential Regulations and regulatory requirements related to Commercial & SME lending.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
- Strong sales orientation with the ability to identify business opportunities and achieve assigned targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Excel.
