Potential Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage e-commerce platforms for MSMEs
• Monitor team responsible for onboarding and supporting MSMEs to build and grow their presence on digital marketplaces as per e-commerce growth perspective
• Design and implement strategies to access e-commerce platforms based on product type, capacity, and market demand
• Lead analytical studies of competitor performance, user networks, and market trends to optimize outreach and support
• Monitor and evaluate MSMEs in post business onboarding and sales growth across different platforms
• Prepare technical documentation for e-commerce platform setup and integration
• Strategic execution of business enablement plans across local and international e-commerce platforms (Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Alibaba, Tmall, Daraz, etc.)
• Report issues, risks, and resolutions regularly
