Potential Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to security incidents 24/7, following established incident response procedures
• Conduct incident response including detection, containment, eradication, and recovery from security incidents
• Stay current with emerging security threats, vulnerabilities, and industry best practices
• Monitor and administer EDR/XDR solutions with hands-on technical expertise
• Monitor SIEM solution and conduct incident analysis
• Investigate security incidents using forensic analysis to determine root causes, scope, and impact
• Implement containment strategies and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
• Document findings and remediation actions comprehensively
• Utilize threat intelligence tools to stay updated on emerging threats
• Participate in VAPT activities to identify potential weaknesses
• Ensure timely and effective response to security incidents, minimizing potential impact
• Develop and maintain incident response plans and playbooks
• Conduct training and optimize CERT programs
