Potential Key Responsibilities

• Expand program offering and enhance the quality of existing programs
• Develop and implement strategy for the program team, including designing a robust risk mitigation plan
• Manage program progress by analyzing results against the program plan
• Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions
• Improve operations by conducting systems analysis and recommending changes in policies and procedures
• Document and communicate solutions by developing flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, and charts
• Provide technical support and understand project requirements and document them
• Plan and implement project milestones
• Carry out instructions of MD PTPA
• Coordinate technical programme activities and ensure alignment with organizational objectives
