Job Details
- Position Title: Junior Clerk
- Basic Pay Scale (BPS): BPS-11
- Number of Posts: 01
- Age Limit: 21 to 28 years (General relaxation of 5 years in the upper age limit is applicable as per Sindh Government policy).
- Educational Qualification: Graduate degree (at least 2nd Division) from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
- Technical Qualification: Must possess an MS Office Certificate from a recognized institute.
- Mandatory Testing: Must have appeared in the Sukkur IBA Testing Services (STS) screening test (Graduation Category) and secured at least 40% marks.
Instructions
- STS Certificate: Candidates must possess the original result certificate issued by STS with the required passing marks.
- Age Relaxation: The upper age limit will be calculated as of the closing date of the advertisement.
- Government Employees: Those already in government service must apply through the proper channel and submit an NOC from their parent department.
- Recruitment Policy: Selection will be made according to the Sindh Civil Servants (Appointment, Promotion & Transfer) Rules, 1974, and the Urban/Rural quota policy.
- Document Verification: Original academic degrees, domicile, PRC, and experience certificates must be presented at the time of the interview.
- TA/DA: No travel or daily allowance will be paid to candidates appearing for the interview.
