1. Project Officer (01 Post)

• Salary Package: Lump-sum

• Core Function: Assist Project Director in Planning, Administration, Coordination, and Execution of Project Tasks.

Academic Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in maritime, hydrography, administration, or a related field.
• Hydrographic and dredging diploma/certification and experience will be preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Experience in Data Management and Reporting.
• Experience in Project Reporting and Supervision.

2. Project Hydrographic Officer (01 Post)

• Core Function: Assist Project Director in Monitoring, Coordination and Execution of Surveys, Survey data processing/management, and Report preparation.
• Age Limit: Up to 40 years

Academic Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in maritime, hydrography, or a related field.
• Diploma/Certification (Preferably Category B) from HEC/IHO recognized institute in Hydrography, Dredging, or Maritime related field.
• Fresh graduates, Ex-Officers from the National Hydrographic office with field experience may also apply.
• Expertise in Hypack/Hysweep and other survey related tools & software.
• Exposure to dredging related surveys (pre/post) and IHO S-44 standards.
• Experience in Data Acquisition, Management, and Processing.
• Field experience in bathymetric data collection, tide gauges, RTK GPS installation, calibration, and maintenance.
• Knowledge of dredging, navigational safety protocols, and IHO standards, etc.
• Understanding benchmarks & control points through Geodetic GNSS and conventional methods.
• Capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

3. Project Accountant (01 Post)

• Core Function: Assist Project Director in Project Payments, Internal/External Audits, Payment Invoices, Taxes and ensuring compliance with financial regulations processing and Report preparation.
• Age Limit: Up to 55 years

Academic Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's/Equivalent (16 years of education from HEC recognized institute) in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, Corporate Taxation, Economics, Business Administration or other related fields.
• Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Report writing and documentation skills.
• 7+ years of experience in accounts handling, audit, finance, statutory compliance and taxation.
• Proficient in financial Management systems (Invoices / Payments) and assist in tax efficient solutions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial laws and tax regulations for the maritime sector standards.
• Monitor and deliberate Audits, Financial Reports and Risk Management Practices.

• Core Function: Assist Project Director in real-time coordination, communication and reporting of all project activities including dredging, hydrographic survey operations, navigation safety and related marine works.

Academic Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma/Certification from HEC/recognized institute in Maritime related field.
• Ex-Officers from the National Hydrographic office with field experience may also apply.
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Expertise in MS Office (Excel / Word / PowerPoint), email communication and basic data handling.
• Thorough understanding of maritime safety, port operations, navigation and dredging activities.
• 2+ years of experience in VTS, port-control, hydrography/dredging and related project will be preferred.
• Knowledge of dredging, hydrography and nautical operations is required.

• Fitness and readiness for day/night shift working hours.
• Ability to manage documentation, logs and reporting.
