Program Management Specialist

The Federal Board of Revenue invites expressions of interest from eligible individual consultants for the position of Program Management Specialist under the Pakistan Raises Revenue Program (PRRP), financed by the World Bank. This is a contract position for an experienced professional to establish and operate program management frameworks in complex, multi-project environments.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• ✓ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
• ✓ Professional certification in Program or Project Management (PgMP, PMP) highly desirable
• ✓ Minimum 7-10 years professional experience in program management
• ✓ Proven experience in planning, risk management, and resource management
• ✓ Experience in government or public sector programs advantageous
• ✓ Proficiency in project management software tools (ClickUp, etc.)
• ✓ Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
