Project Management Specialist - I

The Federal Board of Revenue invites expressions of interest from eligible individual consultants for the position of Project Management Specialist - I under the Pakistan Raises Revenue Program (PRRP), financed by the World Bank. This is a contract position for a professional with significant experience in managing projects in IT, infrastructure, or public sector environments.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• ✓ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• ✓ Professional certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) highly desirable
• ✓ Minimum 5 years professional experience in project management
• ✓ Significant experience in IT, infrastructure, or public sector projects
• ✓ Proven experience in project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and control
• ✓ Experience in PMO or program management structure advantageous
• ✓ Proficiency in project management software tools (ClickUp, MS Project, etc.)
