Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and labor market analysis to identify high-growth sectors and skill gaps
• Design and develop employer-led, market-responsive, and sector-based training schemes
• Develop program frameworks and operational models for skills development initiatives
• Prepare concept notes, business cases, and technical documentation
• Coordinate with third-party consultants and research firms for program development
• Liaise with employers, training providers, and donor agencies to align program objectives
• Analyze program performance data and prepare analytical reports for management
• Ensure gender inclusion and quality assurance mechanisms are embedded in all programs

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Policy, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Social Sciences, or a relevant discipline from an HEC-recognized/accredited university

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant or similar field
• Preferred: Program Management, Program Execution, Program Design, or Curriculum Development experience

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in research methodologies and data analysis
• Understanding of labor market dynamics and skills development ecosystem
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management abilities
