Qualification

• Degree Level: Bachelor's (4 years) or Master's degree (representing minimum 16 years of education) from an HEC-recognized University or Institute.
• Degree Disciplines: IT, Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or Telecommunication.
• Required Certifications: Must be CCNA or equivalent certified in industry standard technologies. Candidates having advanced certifications like CCNP Routing & Switching shall be preferred.

Experience

• Minimum Requirement: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in public or private sector of NOC operations, critical services deployment in network infrastructure, IT infrastructure, designing and implementation of latest network technologies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage inventory records (hardware and software).
• Shall assist in procurement of IT equipment, software, and services.
• Manage technological system that verifies the inventory and supply of materials from the supplier.
• Complete inspection of delivered equipment from the vendor at vendor store for ensuring the equipment purchased matches with defined specifications.
• Processing of files for payments and bid releases to the vendors.
• Comprehensive indexing and file tracking of all procurement files and supplementary documents.
• Manage the IT procurement process for hardware, software, and services.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, define specifications, and develop sourcing strategies.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage vendor relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Maintain a centralized inventory of all IT assets (hardware, software, and licenses).
• Oversee the asset lifecycle including acquisition, deployment, maintenance, and disposal.
• Track warranties, maintenance agreements, and software license compliance.
• Implement and maintain asset tracking systems (e.g., CMDB).
• Conduct periodic audits and reconcile asset records with physical inventory.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards for procurement and asset management.
• Provide regular reports and dashboards on asset status, procurement performance, cost savings, and risk areas.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and standardization of IT assets.
