Qualification

• Degree Level: Minimum 16 years of education (Masters or Bachelors Hons) from any recognized University or Institute.
• Degree Disciplines: IT, Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or Telecommunication.
• Preferred Certifications: Candidates holding any of the following professional certifications (or equivalent) will be preferred:
• Windows Server Hybrid Associate

Experience

• Minimum Requirement: Minimum 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience at an entry level in the public or private sector of managing Datacenter Infrastructure.
• Core Experience Focus: Must include extensive experience with the Microsoft stack, including but not limited to Active Directory, Exchange Server, System Center, Hyper-V, Windows Clustering, and IIS etc.
• Infrastructure Background: Demonstrated track record in critical services deployment in data centers, IT infrastructure setup, designing and implementation of the latest data center technologies, along with hands-on experience in Enterprise SAN Storages and Backup Solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer Windows Server environments, including OS installation, configuration, patching, and performance tuning.
• Design, implement, and maintain Windows Clustering, Hyper-V, and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) to ensure high availability and centralized management.
• Configure and optimize IIS, Exchange Server, Active Directory, DNS, RRAS, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to support enterprise applications and services.
• Implement and maintain App-Whitelisting and LAPS (Local Administrator Password Solution).
• Analyze system performance, optimize resource utilization, and implement proactive measures to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively, explaining complex scenarios in a simplified manner to stakeholders and team members.
