Qualification

• BBA (Finance) or MBA (Finance) from a recognized university or institution
• Degree must be from an HEC-recognized institution

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in Government service or in a reputed firm or organization
• Practical experience in financial management, bookkeeping, and accounting systems
• Familiarity with government financial rules, PSDP project accounting, and public fund management is a strong advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the NIISS project
• Process financial transactions including payments, receipts, and journal entries
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
• Manage petty cash, bank reconciliations, and ledger maintenance
• Ensure compliance with government financial regulations and PSDP accounting standards
• Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary financial documentation
• Assist in budget preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis
• Handle tax matters, government deductions, and statutory compliance
• Prepare financial progress reports for project review committees
• Maintain organized financial filing and documentation systems

Instructions

1. The Project positions are purely on Contract basis as per the Project Pay Scale admissible for the PSDP funded Project Staff.
2. The contract appointment will be initially for one year, extendable on the basis of performance and project continuity.
