Qualification

• B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from a recognized university, or an equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized institution
• Must hold valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC)

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in Government service or in a reputed firm or organization
• Hands-on experience in civil construction, project supervision, and site management
• Familiarity with government engineering standards, building codes, and PSDP project protocols is preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise civil engineering works and construction activities at NIISS project site
• Prepare engineering drawings, estimates, and technical documentation
• Monitor quality of construction and ensure compliance with approved designs and standards
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project management team
• Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
• Manage material procurement planning and inventory coordination
• Assist senior engineers in project planning and execution
• Maintain as-built drawings and technical records
• Support government audit and documentation requirements for PSDP projects

Instructions

1. The Project positions are purely on Contract basis as per the Project Pay Scale admissible for the PSDP funded Project Staff.
2. The contract appointment will be initially for one year, extendable on the basis of performance and project continuity.
