Expert Advice for Applicants
- Highlight Law Enforcement or Campus Security Background: Because this BPS-20 role pivots heavily on campus and hostel security, the selection committee is actively looking for administrative authority. If you are retired military or law enforcement personnel, ensure your rank, command experience, and crisis-management skills are front and center on your CV.
- Master the "Codal Formalities": The description explicitly mentions needing an "in-depth knowledge of codal formalities and civil servants rules." Expect interview questions testing your knowledge of government procurement (PPRA rules), disciplinary procedures, and public sector administrative frameworks.
- Don't Miss the Email Deadline: Do not just show up on June 4th. Missing the advance email submission to
ar_estt@qau.edu.pkby June 1st could technically disqualify your paperwork before you even step into the Syndicate Room.
