Key Responsibilities

• • Assist in quality assurance audits and assessments
• • Support implementation of quality standards
• • Prepare and maintain QA documentation

Requirements & Qualifications

• ✓ Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in health-related subjects
• ✓ Certificate in healthcare quality
• ✓ Experience or internship in QA department of hospital (preferred)
• ✓ Knowledge of healthcare quality concepts
• ✓ Good organizational skills
• ✓ Strong communication abilities
• ✓ Attention to detail
• ✓ Ability to work in team environment
• ✓ Computer literacy
• ✓ Understanding of healthcare operations

7. 7 The service of the incumbent will be governed by the Medical Teaching Institution Reform Act 2015 and its amendments made, Rules and Regulations of the Institution.
8. 8 In case of selection, the candidate shall resign from Previous Job.
9. 9 The Policy Board reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process at any stage.
10. 10 The prescribed quota for disabilities and minorities will be maintained as per rule.
11. 11 Any attempt to approach or influence the selection committee will automatically disqualify the applicant the decision of the selection committee will be final subject to approval by the Board of Governors.
12. 12 Only shortlisted candidates will be called for Test/Interview.
