Job Description

The Quality Assurance Assistant will support QA initiatives and processes across MTI-affiliated health facilities. This position requires healthcare education and preferably hands-on experience in healthcare quality assurance departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in quality assurance audits and assessments
  • Support implementation of quality standards
  • Prepare and maintain QA documentation
  • Assist with data collection for quality metrics
  • Support training on quality procedures
  • Help coordinate QA activities across facilities
  • Assist in preparing quality reports
  • Support compliance monitoring
  • Help identify quality improvement opportunities
  • Maintain QA records and filing systems

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in health-related subjects
  • Certificate in healthcare quality
  • Experience or internship in QA department of hospital (preferred)
  • Knowledge of healthcare quality concepts
  • Good organizational skills
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work in team environment
  • Computer literacy
  • Understanding of healthcare operations

  8. 8 In case of selection, the candidate shall resign from Previous Job.
  9. 9 The Policy Board reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process at any stage.
  10. 10 The prescribed quota for disabilities and minorities will be maintained as per rule.
  11. 11 Any attempt to approach or influence the selection committee will automatically disqualify the applicant the decision of the selection committee will be final subject to approval by the Board of Governors.
  12. 12 Only shortlisted candidates will be called for Test/Interview.
  13. 13 After a final decision no correspondence regarding the process will be entertained.
