Job Description

The Quality Assurance Officer will lead quality improvement initiatives across MTI-affiliated health facilities. This position requires expertise in healthcare quality standards including ISO, HCC, and JCI certifications, with responsibility for implementing and monitoring quality assurance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and monitor ISO, HCC, and JCI quality standards across facilities
  • Develop quality assurance frameworks and policies
  • Conduct quality audits and assessments
  • Identify areas for improvement and create action plans
  • Train staff on quality standards and procedures
  • Prepare quality assurance reports and documentation
  • Coordinate with facility management on compliance
  • Monitor adherence to healthcare quality regulations
  • Facilitate accreditation processes
  • Recommend quality enhancement initiatives

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Social Sciences, Health Sciences, or Numerical Sciences
  • 3-4 years post-qualification experience in Quality Assurance
  • Good knowledge of ISO standards
  • Good knowledge of HCC (Health Care Commission) standards
  • Good knowledge of JCI (Joint Commission International) standards
  • Certificate in healthcare quality (preferred)
  • Experience in healthcare settings
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent documentation abilities
  • Knowledge of quality management systems

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Social Sciences, Health Sciences, or Numerical Sciences
  • 3-4 years post-qualification experience in Quality Assurance
  • Good knowledge of ISO standards
  • Good knowledge of HCC standards
  • Good knowledge of JCI standards
  • Certificate in healthcare quality (preferred)

  9. 9 The Policy Board reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process at any stage.
  10. 10 The prescribed quota for disabilities and minorities will be maintained as per rule.
  11. 11 Any attempt to approach or influence the selection committee will automatically disqualify the applicant the decision of the selection committee will be final subject to approval by the Board of Governors.
  12. 12 Only shortlisted candidates will be called for Test/Interview.
  13. 13 After a final decision no correspondence regarding the process will be entertained.
