Key Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-unit SAP and AI implementation projects aligned with customer business objectives
• Contribute to bid and proposal activities with governance framework definition, scope management, and resource planning
• Align customer business objectives with project outcomes, specifically emphasizing AI adoption and digital transformation initiatives
• Build and maintain sustainable, long-term customer relationships throughout project lifecycle and post-implementation phases
• Lead cross-functional teams (technical, consulting, delivery, support) in complex, distributed environments across the Middle East

Required Qualifications & Professional Competencies

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 2–5 years of proven project management experience with medium-scale to complex projects
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional, distributed teams in multi-national environments
• Comprehensive understanding of full project lifecycle management (charter, planning, execution, monitoring, closing)
• Strong financial management expertise including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Hands-on experience with contractual delivery frameworks and SAP implementation methodologies (preferred)
