About the Job
The Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC), which is a high-level apex body established by the Government of Pakistan to facilitate investment and accelerate sustainable economic growth, is seeking a qualified and experienced professional for the position of Assistant Manager (AM-I). The Assistant Manager Media at SIFC supports the development and execution of strategic communication initiatives aimed at promoting investment opportunities and enhancing the organization's public image. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing integrated media and communication strategies aligned with SIFC's objectives.
- Draft high-quality press releases, speeches, talking points, policy briefs, newsletters, and official correspondence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with print, electronic, and digital media outlets to ensure effective coverage of SIFC initiatives.
- Coordinate media engagements including press conferences, briefings, interviews, and events.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all communication platforms in line with government protocols.
- Develop engaging content for websites, social media platforms, and digital campaigns to promote investment opportunities.
- Design visually appealing content including infographics, presentations, banners, reports, and social media creatives.
- Produce branding materials and ensure visual consistency across all outputs.
- Any other task assigned by the competent authority.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Media Studies, Mass Communication, Journalism, Graphic Design, Marketing, or 16 years of education in a related field.
Experience
2-5 years of relevant experience in media, communications, digital content creation, or public relations. Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities. Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, InDesign). Familiarity with video editing and multimedia tools is a plus. Knowledge of digital marketing & social media management.
