About the Job
The Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC), which is a high-level apex body established by the Government of Pakistan to facilitate investment and accelerate sustainable economic growth, is seeking a qualified and experienced professional for the position of Deputy Manager (DM-II). The Deputy Manager at the Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC) is responsible for ensuring effective coordination, planning support, and project monitoring across the wings. The incumbent is expected to perform the following activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate coordination between SIFC divisions, ministries, provincial governments, and relevant stakeholders.
- Act as a focal point for interdepartmental communication regarding investment projects and policy initiatives.
- Ensure timely follow-up on decisions, directives, and action points from meetings and high-level forums.
- Support the development of project proposals, concept notes, PC-I/PC-II documents, and related planning documentation.
- Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and status reports for ongoing initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with timelines, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive progress reports, briefs, summaries, and presentations for senior management.
- Track KPIs, milestones, and deliverables across multiple projects.
- Conduct data analysis and compile insights to support informed decision-making.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, working groups, and review sessions.
- Prepare agendas, minutes of meetings (MoMs), and follow-up action matrices.
- Any other tasks assigned by the competent Authority.
Educational Qualification
MA / M.Sc. / MBA (16 years of education in relevant field) with at least 7 years post qualification experience.
Experience
At least 7 years' experience in the relevant field. Having adequate knowledge of public sector working, good communication, analytical and writing skills to prepare positions papers, summaries, presentations and analytical reports.
