About the Job
The Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC), which is a high-level apex body established by the Government of Pakistan to facilitate investment and accelerate sustainable economic growth, is seeking qualified professionals for the position of Office Assistant. Two (02) positions are available at PPS-05.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing files for official assignments.
- Typing, taking notes and handling dictations.
- Overseeing office activities like sorting and mailing.
- Keeping track of office supplies and ordering as needed.
- Coordinating and welcoming visitors.
- Making and answering phone calls.
- Taking and delivering messages.
- Ensuring smooth office operations.
- Scheduling meetings and sending out invites.
- Any other tasks assigned by the competent Authority.
Educational Qualification
BS (16 years of education in relevant field) OR B.A. / B.Sc. (14 years) with 3 years of experience in the relevant field.
Experience
3 years relevant experience in case of 14 years of education.
