Vacant Positions & Detailed Eligibility Criteria

1. Chief Technical Officer (CTO) — 01 Post

• Maximum Age: 50 years
• Required Qualification: Bachelor's degree (preferably a Master's degree) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications Engineering, Big Data, or an equivalent discipline from an HEC-recognized university.
• Required Experience: * Minimum ten (10) years of post-qualification experience in Information Technology, ICT, Telecommunications, Software Development, Cyber Security, Data Management, Digital Transformation, or related fields.
• At least three (03) years of experience in a senior management position such as CTO, CIO, Director II, Head of IT, Head of Technology, Head of Networks, Program Director, or an equivalent corporate/public sector role.
• Demonstrated practical experience in the planning, implementation, and management of large-scale technology projects and enterprise ICT infrastructure.
• Experience in managing technical teams, vendors, consultants, and complex technology projects.
• Hands-on experience with data centers, cloud platforms, cybersecurity operations, and AI/ML enterprise systems.
• Past experience with command-and-control centers, smart city initiatives, public safety technologies, or government digital transformation projects will be highly preferred.
• Relevant professional certifications and an active knowledge of ISO standards will be preferred.

2. Media & Communications Officer — 01 Post

• Required Qualification: Master's degree in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized institute.
• Required Experience:
• Minimum ten (10) years of relevant experience in media management, public relations, or strategic communications, preferably within government or public sector organizations.
• Proven track record in handling electronic, print, and digital media workflows, including high-stakes crisis communication frameworks.
• Prior experience in large public-sector projects or institutional authorities will be an added advantage.
• Possession of relevant certifications related to the job description.

3. Digital Media Specialist — 01 Post
