Qualification
- Master's Degree in Physical Education from a recognized University.
- OR
- i. Bachelor's degree from a recognized University with diploma in Physical Education with five year experience of organizing and conducting games and sports in a University, Board of Education or College of repute.
- ii. Should preferably be a sportsman of Provincial or National Standing.
General Conditions

- Contribution to Pension Scheme shall be a part of initial / direct appointment.
- The candidates may apply separately for each post with application fee, who are intended to apply for more than one positions.
- Last date to apply ONLINE is 20.07.2026 and to submit the applications in hard form till 22.07.2026 four sets (dossier) for teaching positions and two sets for non-teaching positions with attested copies of all certificates, degrees, testimonials, detailed marks certificates, experience certificates, publications/research, transcripts and Bank Draft.
- Original Bank Draft of fee amounting to rupees indicated below, in favour of Treasurer, Muhammad Nawaz Shareef University of Agriculture, Multan: (i) BPS-19 and above: Rs. 5,000/- (ii) BPS-17 and 18: Rs. 3,500/- (iii) BPS-16: Rs. 2,000/-
- Age limit: No person who is less than 18 years and not more than 35 years shall be appointed to a post by initial/direct recruitment, to be reckoned as on the last date of advertisement. Relaxation in upper age limit will be considered as per rules.
- The female candidates must attach equality/gender statement certificate from Government of Pakistan Commission for Human Rights.
- 3% quota is reserved for disabled persons, 5% quota for Minorities (Non-Muslims) and 15% quota for women. Transgender can apply, if eligible for the post advertised for.
- Candidates already in service should apply through proper channel/NOC issued by the authority by due date.
- The Annual Confidential Reports (ACRs) and forwarding for the last five years may also be required for the candidate.

How to Prepare for This Role

The diploma in Physical Education is a separate additional requirement, not a substitute for any part of the Bachelor's degree.
Female candidates must attach an equality/gender statement certificate from the Government of Pakistan Commission for Human Rights in each dossier set. Obtain this certificate well in advance of the 22nd July 2026 hard form deadline, as it requires a separate application process and may take time to issue.
The advertisement specifically states that candidates of Provincial or National Standing are preferred. If you have represented a provincial or national team, participated in inter-provincial, national, or international sports competitions, or held a recognized position in a sports federation at provincial or national level, bring all documentation at interview: selection letters, participation certificates, certificates from Pakistan Sports Board, Provincial Olympic Association, or sports federation records. During the interview, be specific about the sport or sports you have participated in at a representative level, the years and events, and any notable results. Female sports achievers at provincial or national level are a priority hire and should present their sporting record prominently alongside academic credentials.
A female candidate who holds a Master's in Physical Education and has represented a provincial or national team is the strongest possible profile for this post. The preference for sporting standing applies regardless of the qualification route chosen. Do not omit sports achievement records from your dossier even if the interview panel does not specifically request them.
The interview panel will assess your ability to plan, organize, and conduct sports programs for female students at a university. Be ready to discuss how you would design a semester sports calendar, manage inter-departmental competitions, train students in specific sports disciplines, maintain sports equipment and facilities, and create an inclusive sporting environment for female students. If you have prior experience conducting sports events or coaching in a university, college, or Board of Education setting, describe the programs you ran, the sports covered, the number of participants, and how you handled logistics such as venue arrangement, scheduling, and safety. The ability to motivate students who are not necessarily experienced sportspersons to participate in physical activity is a key competency for this role.
Candidates currently working in an educational institution's sports department should apply through proper channel with a NOC from their employer. ACRs for the last five years may also be required. Prepare both dossier sets well in advance and verify every document is properly attested and organized consistently across both sets.
