About the Job
The Urban Unit is a project of the Planning and Development Board, Punjab, engaged in socio-economic research, data collection, and policy support. The Urban Unit is conducting the Punjab Socio-Economic Registry (PSER) Door-to-Door Survey across all districts of Pakistan and is inviting applications for 148 contract-based Survey Supervisor positions across all districts.
The Urban Unit is seeking experienced and IT-proficient professionals for the role of Survey Supervisor. Selected candidates will supervise field data collection teams, monitor Enumerators, conduct spot checks, resolve field issues, and submit progress reports to District Managers within their assigned tehsil or area.

Experience Preferences
- Proficiency in the use of IT equipment (Computer/Tablets)
- Candidates who have 3 years of experience in any tablet-based/Android survey will be preferred
- Candidates with prior PSER experience and proven performance may receive bonus marks
- Preference will be given to candidates having knowledge of the local area and field survey operations
- Candidates possessing 18 years / M.Phil. degree and PSER Door-to-Door Survey experience will be awarded 5 bonus marks
- Candidates with a history of poor performance, disciplinary action, excessive absenteeism, or contract termination in previous projects shall not be considered
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise field data collection and survey activities within the assigned tehsil/area
- Monitor Enumerators, conduct spot checks, and ensure timely and quality data collection
- Provide operational support, resolve field issues, and submit progress reports to District Managers
Important Note
