Key Responsibilities

• Examine complaints, references, and other assigned matters objectively and impartially
• Conduct inquiries, investigations, and fact-finding assignments as directed by Competent Authority
• Collect, review, and analyze relevant records and evidence methodically
• Prepare clear, structured, and timely inquiry/investigation reports
• Identify key issues, gaps, and causes, and suggest practical recommendations
• Coordinate with concerned offices and officials during the inquiry process
• Perform any other inquiry, investigation, inspection, or related assignment assigned by the Competent Authority

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• Minimum Bachelor's degree from HEC recognized Institute/University (National/International)

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Bank/Financial Institutions
• Preference for candidates with good understanding in inquiry, investigation, complaint examination, fact-finding, audit, inspection, compliance review, or related assignments
• Experience in banking, financial institutions, public sector organizations, audit firms, or other relevant institutions will be considered suitable

Many candidates have audit or compliance experience but have never conducted formal inquiries or departmental investigations. • Experience in public sector or quasi-government organizations is a strong plus. ZTBL is a government-backed institution. Candidates with inquiry or investigation experience in banks, SBP-regulated entities, government organizations, or audit firms that handle institutional investigations will be preferred over those from purely private sector backgrounds.
