About This Role
National Bank of Pakistan seeks Learning Manager (AVP/VP) in Peshawar. Report to Director Staff College. Oversee training program design, development, delivery, evaluation and innovation. Design courses for Credit/Retail/Banking Operations. Conduct assessments and organize seminars. Requires 8+ years experience with 3+ years banking trainer background.
Key Responsibilities
- • Oversee design, develop need based training program and update existing courses as per different cadre of employee
- • Structure training program with lectures, group discussion and case studies to ensure practical understanding
- • Conduct training courses as per training plans and papers quiz, test to analyze understanding by trainees
- • Conduct tests, check test papers and prepare result to be posted
- • Research and design long duration courses for newly hired and promoted staff
- • Organize seminars and workshops as per training need assessment
- • Arrange summary report regarding trainee's feedback and evaluation
- • Implement innovative methodologies of training delivery, retention, evaluation and assess training programs
- • Perform any other assignment as assigned by supervisor(s)
Requirements & Qualifications
- ✓ Minimum Graduation or equivalent from HEC-recognized institution
- ✓ Master's degree or relevant professional certification(s) preferred
- ✓ 8+ years of working experience, preferably in Banking and/or financial institution(s)
- ✓ At least 3+ years as in-house trainer and/or full-time trainer in Banking Functions
- ✓ Banking Functions experience: Credit, Retail, Banking Operations
- ✓ Certified Trainer preferred
- ✓ Experience of training preferred
